Vertical Support Policy for Discontinued products
1. Vertical will provide support for our products for a period of seven years from the date of manufacture discontinuance of a particular Vertical product
2. Vertical will provide Technical Support, to the best of its ability, based on personnel and knowledge available and reserves the right to charge for any such support. Vertical also reserves the right to assign a third party to handle Technical Support.
3. Vertical will not commit to any enhancements or corrections to manufactured discontinued products.
4. Vertical resellers will not be able to return, for credit, any manufactured discontinued product.
5. Vertical reserves the right to increase the price of any manufactured discontinued product and its piece parts.
6. Vertical will provide advance replacement services for defective product (OBF) and ISAR for a period of one year from the manufactured discontinuance date.
Repair prices are subject to immediate increases on manufactured discontinued products. Vertical will strive to keep these price increases to a maximum of fifteen percent (15%) annually. Vertical will repair or replace, at its option, defective product. Vertical reserves the right to refer the repair of defective product to a third party. Warranty terms will be honored on repair and return products
